Jim owned a Staffordshire Bull Terrier before we met, and since we married 16 years ago we have always enjoyed their company and shared our home with them.

Jim and I have 3 children together, Jade Cher and Anna-Leigh. Our girls have grown up around Staffords and share our love of the breed.

In 2002 we purchased our first KC Registered Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Our Jas..Admiral Red Of Jabonelstaff, A beautiful red boy bred By Deborah and Peter Ebdon. He was named ?Jas after Jims late father.

It was soon after we bought his best friend Ellie..Rowellstaff Pretty in pink Of Jabonelstaff bred by Richard Folwell and Maria Morris. Ellie was a very pretty red girl who was named after Jima??s late mother Eleanor.

These Were Our Introductions Into The Show World

Jas and Ellie were both placed nicely. Jas as a puppy was in the cards in almost all shows we entered, doing exceptionally well and qualifying for Crufts before he reached one year old.

In February 2003 we were compelled to email Davie Brookes and congratulate him on the beauty of his bitch Tia ... Tiabo Angel of the North, who is of course now a Champion. We were to find out soon after that there had been a repeat mating of Tias parents, and after getting to know Lorraine and Chris Bond, we were accepted as the proud new owners of a puppy bitch from this mating. Off we travelled to Aberdeen, Scotland and back to our home came Tiabo Dark Desirea Our Bonny.

Our first Affix..Jabonelstaff was made up of these 3 names Jas, Bonny and Ellie.

Our happiness was to be short lived as in August of 2003 a very personal family tragedy was to turn our lives upside down, After discussion with Jas & Ellies breeder, who was 100% supportive of our situation, It was decided that in the circumstances the best course of action for both our family and Jas and Ellie was for them to stay together and return to her, where she had a new home waiting, where they could stay together and still carry on with their show career.

Saying good-bye to them was one of the hardest things we ever had to do Bonny at the time was not showing and stayed with us.
They still bear our first affix Jabonelstaff at the end of their KC name that keeps their link to us forever.
